Amazon’s second headquarters. I think Detroit meets all the basic criteria: Delta Air Lines hub, room to grow, economic incentives, lower cost of living, lots of housing. I’m also betting on non-intrinsic attributes; millennials and the creative class flocking to the city to become part of the “Maker Land” community that has developed there.
