I agree that St. Petersburg and Moscow are recogniz bar capitals, so many cool guys go there, but I prefer the concept of “Where you were born, there you will find use”. In Tyumen, you can develop, and most importantly, you can develop a culture – cocktail and drinking.

All regions will simply remain at the same level as 10-15 years ago. Now in the regions there are many good bars and bartenders, who, in my opinion, are only slightly inferior to the capital’s specialists.
